Shannon Anderson

Senior Associate Attorney

Shannon Byrdic Anderson, Attorney at Law, is originally from Conway, South Carolina. After graduating from Conway High School, she attended the University of South Carolina. She graduated from The University of South Carolina, first in June then again in December of 1995, with a Bachelors of Science in Biology and a Bachelors of Science in Psychology respectively. Before attending law school, Shannon worked in the field of mental health. She then went on to attend Law School at the Charleston School of Law, where she graduated in 2008 with her JD. Shannon is licensed to practice law in the state of South Carolina. She is also a licensed public notary.

Shannon is dedicated to family law. Her background in mental health has allowed her to use prior skills and research within this field. Shannon believes in giving good value to clients, as they are coming out of what most consider to be some of the most difficult times of their lives. She is sensitive to her clients, while she focuses on achieving the outcome that is best for them individually. She is known by her peers to be, “knowledgeable, caring, hard working and professional.” 

Outside of the office, Shannon takes pride in being a mother to three boys. She is always working on a project, whether it be painting, making jewelry, or working on one of her five unfinished novels. She is always thinking and getting creative with her approach to situations that would arise, whether it be within or outside the office.
